Made in Boquete.   After cracking the coco and collecting it’s water, the coconut fruit is ground out of the shell to be pressed for the oil.  But the grated coconut is delicious and we want some of that sweet, juicy, chewy treat, all by itself.  We take grated coconut out of production right here and sell it by the pound on Mondays.  It’s wonderful in cereals, cookies, pancakes, breads, drinks, fruit salads….  Order by noon on Sunday for pickup on Monday.
