Directions
Medium Cracked 9 Grain Mix is generally used in bread baking, similar to how you would use cracked wheat in bread baking. Use the 9 grain mix as is and just add to the dough. Try roasting the mix at 250˚ for 20 min then let it cool and then add to the dough for a nuttier taste. For a softer texture you can soak and then dry the 9 grain before adding to the dough. Also try as a hot cereal- add water and 9 grain mix and cook for 15 – 20 min or until desired consistency.
