Directions
The Plague 2020 can be used in many ways, here are some suggestions:
- Diluted, rubbed on throat/chest for colds, flu, sinus congestion
- Add to coconut oil and baking soda to use as toothpaste
- Add a drop to salt water to gargle
- Add to wound salve or oil to increase antimicrobial action
- Spot apply to skin breakouts like pimples, acne, or cold sores
- Apply to foot/nail fungus, and on a cloth inside shoes at night
- Mist onto a scarf or shirt
- Diffuse or mist into the air, mixes very well with orange oil
- Aromatherapy, both mood lifting and soothing
- Touch on the temples, or simply inhale the smell to ease migraines
- Add to any cleaner, soap, lotion, cleaning wipes, or hand sanitizer
- Put a drop on a cloth inside clothes drawers and closets
- Mist onto cleaning rags, dusters, or dust mops before use
- Mist onto vacuum filter bags before use
- Dab onto a wool laundry ball for the dryer
- Add to laundry to keep mildew out of washing machine
- In corners, cracks, and crevasses where dust and mold can hide
- Spray into air intake ducts in central heat/AC, or drop onto a thin cloth/tissue and place over the intake screen – freshens the air and also helps to kill mold and other pathogens which collect inside air ducts and filters.
